For you to come out of poverty you need gift that is why when God was taking the Israelites out of Egypt He made them to receive gifts because they were poor. Most people value prayers than praise, that is why there is an overnight prayer but not overnight praise. People do not know what praise can do to their life while they may know what prayers can do. Most people assume that praise is a preparation for something big as we are waiting for prayer, or a healing session. The bible says the Lord inhabit the praises of His people and He dwell in the middle of praise. Praise is the address of God. Even in the Lord’s Prayer when Jesus was teaching the disciples how to pray, He taught them that praise comes before anything “Our Father who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name .....” When the Israelites were going for the war and lost the battle twice, the prophet of God told them to let Jude go first (Jude means praise) and they won the battle after doing so. The Lord’s prayer says “ Our Father who art in Heaven, hallowed be your name, may your kingdom come on earth as it is in heaven. Give us our daily bread, forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass us, lead us not into temptations but deliver us from evil ” If you cannot forgive you will not be able to pray this prayer. When you pray this prayer and say “as we forgive those who trespass us” while you are holding your wife, husband or your colleague, you are wrong. You are not supposed to pray this prayer if you have not forgive so that you don’t add another wrong before God. Because when you say forgive us as we forgive others, devil goes before God immediately to accuse you that you have prayed but in your heart you are holding three people. Our God is good to all of us and He loves you the way you are because He bought you with the precious blood of His beloved son, Jesus Christ. God created you in His image and Likeness and His happiness is to see you serve Him with peace and joy without hating anyone. If one person decides to examine him/her self before God and knows what troubles him/her and work on it, it is easy to cause healing to another person. What troubles God’s children is unforgiveness, be it in church or in marriage. When you live with your wife or husband without forgiveness, it is easy to argue and even divorce. In my life I was troubled with anger ever since when I was a young boy, something which torched me since school until when I got married. After marrying my wife we only stayed for four months and I never desired marriage anymore because I was a person with so much anger. I saw like my wife annoys me every day and then I cried to God to take me out of that bondage. After praying,

A person with love learns to love and help others, but a person without love will be angry at others and may never want to see them. Jesus found us in a bad situation full of dirty but He loved and took us the way we are, cleansed us and finally we were able to be before other. If it wasn’t for His love, we couldn’t get out of where we were before. Why don’t we love one another? Why do we envy one another and we don’t want others to succeed? It’s because we have no love in us. Let us ask God to give us His love so we can take care of each other. Stick with the love of God for it to take you from one place to another and take you far. Hope will make you act and be motivated. Without hope we cannot reach our goals, but hope will help us do accordingly towards who we are. We do as we are if hope is in us. You cannot exercise your potential until hope rises in you. When hope rises, actions according to who you are starts. If there is no hope you will do the opposite. When I was building this place, the area was a swamp, full of water, but because I was in hope, the swamp was not an issue to me, but I acted according to my hope that on this place I will build for many people to come and worship God together with me.   My physical eyes saw the challenge but my hope told me you have got what you needed. If your hope tells you yes, stand on it and don’t look at the challenge you see. Many times what we desire is not God’s desire for us because we have not learned to walk in hope. It is only love which draws God closer, that is why He said “I love those who loves Me”. This means that through love you can draw God closer to you because through love He has drawn us closer to Him.   Learn to walk in love, but you can never do that if you have not considered this verse, Romans 12:1 “ Therefore, I urge you, brothers and sisters, in view of God’s mercy, to offer your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God—this is your true and proper worship.” When you reach a point where you offer your body as a sacrifice you will not get tired of going to church, helping others or witnessing the word of God regardless of what people say about you or criticize you. The criticism will push you to keep moving forward because you have God’s love in you. Environment helps us to fulfill the purpose of our creation, that is why it needs to be redeemed. God uses our environment to test and approve us so we may rise in standard.  Through our environment we can rise and become great or fall. We can also win or fail, be approved or approve ourselves. Without being tested by the environment we cannot be great on earth. Adam and Eve failed after fighting with Lucifer. Their challenge was in the environment and not with their body, soul or their spirit.     In Genesis 3, Abraham our father in faith was tested and approved to the environment and he became a faithful person with wealth.   Jacob was blessed by God through his environment. When we rule and own our environment also we can own people and God may send us to be like Him. Jesus was taken in the wilderness to be tested with the environment for forty days.
