THE LORD'S PROMISES

 

Psalm 119: 50 “This is my comfort in my affliction, For Your word has given me life.”

In life you may be going through deep thoughts of God's goodness, crying out to God to bring you to a place where you will see something happening in your life. You will go through pain and you will face hardships but the Word says the promises of the Lord will revive you. You may not have seen them yet or you have not caught them in your arms but because they are the promises of the Lord they will be fulfilled for you because God does not lie.

He says “this is my comfort in my affliction”, it is possible that in this life you are going through some kind of trouble but every time you look at God's promises you are empowered to move forward. God does not lie and if He does not lie His promises will be fulfilled in you. Let God's promises in the Bible revive and strengthen you.

PRAYER

Lord, I rejoice in your promises as one who takes many captives, your promises are true, allow me to see them. Tell God what you expect, ask Him to let you see what you want to see in your life.

Swahili Translation:

AHADI ZA BWANA

Zaburi 119:50 “Hii ndiyo faraja yangu katika taabu yangu, Ya kwamba ahadi yako imenihuisha”.

Inawezekana katika maisha unapitia katika mazingira ya kuutafakari wema wa Mungu, ukimlilia Mungu ili akufikishe mahali ambapo utaona kitu fulani kikitokea katika maisha yako, utapita katika machungu na utakutana na magumu lakini neno linasema ahadi za Bwana zitakuhuisha na kukuchangamsha. Inawezekana hujaziona bado au hujazikamata katika mikono yako lakini kwa sababu ni ahadi za Bwana zitatimia kwako kwa sababu Mungu hasemi uongo.

Anasema “hii ndio furaha yangu katika taabu yangu”, yawezekana katika maisha haya unapita katika taabu ya aina fulani lakini kila ukiziangalia ahadi za Mungu unatiwa Nguvu ya kusonga mbele, Mungu hasemi uongo na kama hasemi uongo ahadi zake zitatimia kwako. Wacha ahadi za Mungu alizoahidi katika Biblia zikuhuishe na kukutia Nguvu.

MAOMBI

Bwana nimezifurahia ahadi zako kama mtu apataye mateka mengi, ahadi zako ni za kweli nipe kuziona. Mwambie Mungu vile vitu unavyovitarajia, unavyotaka kuviona katika maisha yako akupe kuviona.
