SALVATION

Salvation requires people to know who they are for them to live a holy life in order to succeed and prosper. God's plan to save mankind is for them to live a holy and prosperous life. However, there are some people who have been saved for many years but their lives have not changed. They have neither success nor prosperity so they fail to become great.

Their lives have no peace and their problems do not last. They are so because they have not realized who they are. Everyone who is saved must know that he is saved by grace and not by his own power. He should know that he is special because he caused God to allow His only Son, Jesus Christ, to die on the cross for him.

Jesus said “You did not choose Me, but I chose you and appointed you that you should go and bear fruit, and that your fruit should remain, that whatever you ask the Father in My name He may give you.”  John 15: 16.

Swahili Translation:

Wokovu unahitaji watu kujitambua wao ni nani ili waishi maisha matakatifu wapate kufanikiwa na kustawi. Mpango wa Mungu wa kuokoa wanadamu ni ili waishi maisha matakatifu yenye mafanikio. Hata hivyo, kuna baadhi ya watu waliookoka miaka mingi lakini maisha yao hayana mabadiliko. Hawana mafanikio wala ustawi kwa hiyo wanashindwa kuwa wakuu.

Maisha yao hayana amani na matatizo kwao hayaishi. Wako hivyo kwa sababu hawajajitambua kuwa wao ni nani. Kila aliyeokoka ni lazima afahamu kuwa ameokolewa kwa neema na si kwa nguvu zake mwenye. Atambue kuwa yeye ni wa pekee sana maana alimsababisha Mungu aruhusu mwanae wa pekee Yesu Kristo afe msalabani kwa ajili yake.

Yesu akasema, “Sio ninyi mlionichagua mimi bali ni mimi niliyewachagua ninyi nami nikawaweka mwende mzae matunda na matunda yenu yapate kukaa, ili kwamba lolote mmuombalo Baba kwa jina langu awape" Yohana 15: 16.
