NOT EVERYONE CAN PRAY AND RECEIVE ANSWERS

Prayer is not like something simple that is why not everyone can pray and get answers. Although the Bible says that a person who asks will receive, there are still people who pray but do not receive. The main reason for not being answered is because we don't know how to pray. Jesus' disciples knew this and asked Him to teach them how to pray.

That is why the Bible requires believers to be taught to pray so that their prayers can be heard by God. A believer should be aware of his or her weaknesses so that when he/ she wants to talk to God, he or she knows how to pray so that he/ she can receive answers even beyond what he/ she asks.

Before you pray you have to understand what you want by looking at the situation you are going through which you want to bring it before God. Then read the Bible to find the Word that fits the situation; that will guide you to the type of prayer to pray.

It is important to ask yourself what’s the purpose of your prayer? For example; you want the Lord to remember you in what? Why do you want to be uplifted? Why do you want favor or healing?

When you pray according to the Word, heaven listens and angels get ready to do it because they are the servants to do what God wants. If you don’t pray according to the Word you will not see the fulfilment of your prayers

The Word says “By the word of the Lord the heavens were made, And all the host of them by the breath of His mouth.” (Psalm 33:6).  Therefore, we need to gather enough information before we pray so that we can be heard.

Swahili Translation

SIO KILA MMOJA ANAWEZA KUOMBA NA KUPATA MAJIBU.

Maombi hayafanani na kitu rahisi, ndio maana sio kila mmoja anaweza kuomba na kupata majibu. Ingawa Biblia inasema mtu anayeomba atapata, bado kuna watu ambao huomba lakini hawapokei. Sababu kubwa ya kutokujibiwa ni kwa sababu hatujui jinsi ya kuomba. Wanafunzi wa Yesu waligundua hilo wakamwomba awafundishe jinsi ya kuomba.

Ndio maana Biblia inaelekeza kuwa waamini wafundishwe kuomba ili maombi yao yaweze kusikiwa na Mungu. Mwamini anapaswa kujua mapungufu aliyonayo ili anapotaka kuongea na Mungu, ajue jinsi ya kuomba ili aweze kupokea majibu hata zaidi ya kile aombacho.

Kabla ya kuomba inabidi kuelewa anachotaka kwa kuangalia hali anayopitia ambayo anataka kupeleka mbele za Mungu. Kisha asome Biblia ili kupata Neno linaloendana na hali hiyo; hilo litamwongoza aina ya maombi ya kuomba.

Ni lazima kujihoji nia ya maombi yake ni nini? Kwa mfano; anataka Bwana amkumbuke katika lipi alilofanya? Anataka kuinuliwa ili nini? Anataka kibali au uponyaji kwa nini?

Anapoomba sawasawa na Neno mbingu husikiliza na malaika huwa tayari kulitendea kazi, kwa sababu wao ni watendakazi wa kutimiza kile Mungu anataka. Usipoomba sawasawa na Neno, hataona utekelezaji wa maombi yake.

Neno linasema, " Kwa neno la Bwana mbingu zilifunguka, na jeshi lake lote kwa pumzi ya kinywa chake."(Zaburi 33:6). Hivyo basi, tunatakiwa kukusanya maelezo ya kutosha kabla ya kuomba ili tunapoomba tusikiwe.
