FORGIVENESS IS THE KEY TO YOUR PRAYER

Mark 11:23-26 “For verily I say unto you, That whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith. ²⁴ Therefore I say unto you, What things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them. ²⁵ And when ye stand praying, forgive, if ye have ought against any: that your Father also which is in heaven may forgive you your trespasses. ²⁶ But if ye do not forgive, neither will your Father which is in heaven forgive your trespasses.”

Whatever you ask for in faith you have already received but what prevents you from receiving it? Unforgiveness, if you cannot forgive God will not forgive you and for that you will not receive from Him and you will never be able to go to heaven.

May God help you to live a life of repentance; what is a life of repentance? It is a life of forgiving and asking for forgiveness, a life of forgiveness is a life of salvation. Desire to live a life of forgiveness for you to be forgiven so that when you pray you may receive what you ask for.

Swahili Translation:

Marko 11:23-26 “Amin, nawaambia, Ye yote atakayeuambia mlima huu, Ng'oka ukatupwe baharini, wala asione shaka moyoni mwake, ila aamini kwamba hayo asemayo yametukia, yatakuwa yake. Kwa sababu hiyo nawaambia, Yo yote myaombayo mkisali, aminini ya kwamba mnayapokea, nayo yatakuwa yenu. Nanyi, kila msimamapo na kusali, sameheni, mkiwa na neno juu ya mtu; ili na Baba yenu aliye mbinguni awasamehe na ninyi makosa yenu. Lakini kama ninyi hamsamehe, wala Baba yenu aliye mbinguni hatawasamehe ninyi makosa yenu.”

Chochote unacho kiomba kwa Imani tayari umekwisha kukipata lakini kitu gani kinakusababisha usikipokee? Kutokusamehe, kama hauwezi kusamehe Mungu hataweza kukusamehe wewe, kwa maana hiyo hautaweza kupokea kutoka kwake na kamwe hautaweza kwenda mbinguni.

Mungu akusaidie uishi maisha ya toba; maisha ya toba ni ya aina gani? Ni maisha ya kusamehe na kujiombea msamaha, maisha ya msamaha ndiyo maisha ya wokovu. Tamani kuishi maisha ya msamaha upate kusamehewa na wewe ili uombapo upate kupokea kile ulicho kiomba.
