YOUR FUTURE DEPENDS ON YOU

Ecclesiastes 7:12 “For wisdom is a defence, and money is a defence: but the excellency of knowledge is, that wisdom giveth life to them that have it.”

There are things that delay you to get where you are supposed to go. For you to be somebody tomorrow and have good old age you must have wisdom and money but wisdom precedes.

What is wisdom?

Wisdom is to do or say only what you are supposed to say or do. Your words may take you to do things you are not supposed to do and be carried away by evil things. Your youth hood will determine how your old age shall be and even how your descendants shall be.  

Many young people lives artificial life by pretending and not living a real life by desiring to be like others without knowing how those people get there. Only desire to be you because God has prepared what is yours.

Do not play with time because old age is not far. Determine to be a certain person in your future.  Time is more important than money. A single hour you play with will take you to poverty and one hour you use well will take you to prosperity. In this age talk and rest less but use more time to work even if today it may not look like something but tomorrow you will see it.

Ecclesiastes 9:10 “Whatsoever thy hand findeth to do, do it with thy might; for there is no work, nor device, nor knowledge, nor wisdom, in the grave, whither thou goest.”

Before you die, do what you do diligently and it will pay you back. When I was below 40 I worked very hard to the extent that my wife hardly got time with me but now it has paid me. Refuse to live and die like how your parents did. Decide to change your mentality and die with glory. When your hand find a work to do, work with all your might like you are going to die there because God wants to see you somewhere.

Know that in this world there is no scarcity of money or food, there is plenty of them somewhere and nobody is using them. Many young people love leisure than work while they don’t have money and I urge you now to be different. God will see you and take you from bondage to success when you stop laziness. Don’t stay the whole day without knowing what you are going to do, so that when you go to sleep you can tell God this and this is my seed for today. Whatever you do is a seed and one day you will reap

Ecclesiastes 12:12- 14 “And further, by these, my son, be admonished: of making many books there is no end; and much study is a weariness of the flesh.¹³ Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter: Fear God, and keep his commandments: for this is the whole duty of man. ¹⁴ For God shall bring every work into judgment, with every secret thing, whether it be good, or whether it be evil.”

After all, whatsoever you do here on earth, God will bring you into judgement and you will be judged according to your deeds. If the things you did brought profit to you and other people you will granted the holy place but if what you did profited neither you nor other people you will be judged because you used the time God has given to you uselessly. You are answerable to whatever you will do so decide to please God.  

Write down a timetable for your daily activities. Train yourself to quit sleeping and by doing so you will get somewhere, tell your soul stop laziness! Stop playing with time! Stop loving the sleep! If you have nothing to do, take your bible and go out to testify the word of God. Tune your body to get used to work and not to sleep. Don’t sleep because it is time for sleeping and everyone is sleeping but sleep because you want to sleep when all your work is done. If you are able to overcome sleep then you have overcome poverty for it is written in the bible.

When God sees you struggling to find an answer on a certain thing, He will come and bring you a solution, but if you relax you will never know anything. In your young age remember that you will one day become and old person and many old people asks for help because they did not remember that they will one day become old when they were young. Purpose to dies on what God wants you to do and not what people wants. Ask yourself the following questions

• What God wants from me?
• What does God expect from me?
• What are the plans of God towards me?
• Who do I want to be?  
• What is my expectation?

When you have those questions you will get their answers in the bible and so you will never sleep because you want to know the answers and the Holy Spirit will teach you.  If you are lazy, devil will give you a work to do.

You who are under 40 years, you have a chance to change things and do what is right, you just need understanding and when you pray it will pay off.  Your success does not depend on your education. Your expectations goes along with your understanding, so what do you understand? What you understand do not go along with your education but what you expect. You must know what your expectation is. In understanding you should know the following for you to be successful

• You must go through pain
• Be ready to pay the price. That means there is a time you will do all you can but you will gain nothing because that is the time for paying the price. To be a successful person there is a time for receiving nothing  

You must start from somewhere even if you don’t have money by doing something that even though it won’t give you money it gives you pain. Remember how Joseph worked hard without being paid. In doing so make sure you do as Joseph did 

• You must give God the first position. Joseph did this also by refusing to sleep to the wife of his boss
• You  must be intelligent to make someone who has trusted you to prosper before you prosper
• Make sure whatever you do is for the honour of your God

If you hate poverty it will hate you also and leave you.
