THE BATTLE IS NOT YOURS, BUT GOD’S

2 Chronicles 20:14-15 “Then the spirit of the Lord came upon Jahaziel son of Zechariah, son of Benaiah, son of Jeiel, son of Mattaniah, a Levite of the sons of Asaph, in the middle of the assembly. 15 He said, “Listen, all Judah and inhabitants of Jerusalem, and King Jehoshaphat: Thus says the Lord to you: ‘Do not fear or be dismayed at this great multitude; for the battle is not yours but God’s.”

Once we accept Jesus through His death, we shall also be alive. When we obey the word we receive healing. The nation of Israel became righteous before God because of Abraham when he obeyed the word of God and leaves his land when God told him to leave. In Efatha we also speak about someone who obeyed the word of God to prepare the church ready for the rupture and walk all over Tanzania and handover the country to Him. For that reason God is the one who have allowed Tanzania to be in peace.

When you listen and obey what the Holy Spirit speaks to you, you make the devil hungry because you receive favour from God, but when you don’t listen to the Holy Spirit it will be your own battle and devil will have power over you. The word of Christ is the one which warn us and take us step by step; don’t be annoyed when the word of God warn you because it is for your own good. It is the time for the church to get ready for the last days, so don’t feel bad when you are rebuked or warned.

In this generation we receive favour because of Jesus Christ who died for us. To Christians regardless of what is happening around, we remain at peace because we know there is someone who died for us.
When King Jehoshaphat received the prophesy from Jahaziel, he stopped worrying and prepare a group of singers to sing praises to Him who took the battle on behalf of Israel. When we give praise to Him, He will take over our battle. Before evil arose the church of Christ will be already rapture because God will not allow His people to be persecuted. What we need to do is to recognize Him and give praise to Him, telling Him that Lord we are only looking at you regardless of what is happening. God is looking at the will of your heart.

If we take away fear of the world and allow God to fight our battle we will be safe. Moses told the Israelite move forward and you will see the salvation of the Lord. In front of the sea, Moses saw a way.
