HOW TO FIGHT YOUR REAL ENEMY

1 Peter 5:7-9 ‘Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you. ⁸ Be alert and of sober mind. Your enemy the devil prowls around like a roaring lion looking for someone to devour. ⁹ Resist him, standing firm in the faith, because you know that the family of believers throughout the world is undergoing the same kind of sufferings.’

The bible says you have an enemy, his name is devil. The most common mistake the church does, is not knowing who their enemy is. Your enemy is not a person. The devil manifest himself by possessing people you know, and because you don’t know if it is the devil and not the person, you will end up losing the battle, you will not fight the one who is behind them, the right enemy.  The devil will move from one person to another. If you don’t identify that it is the spirit from the devil you are dealing with and not a person.

You will love, understand and deliver everybody when you realise that your enemy is not a person but the devil. You need to break the power behind that person. The day you understand who your enemy is, is the day you move your eyes from people and situations.

You must understand the characters of a lion. The power of a lion is not its teeth, strength and speed, but its roaring. Most animals run from a roar of a lion. A lion do not attack anything that stand still for it believes that whatever  can stand still and face him, is powerful than him.

The devil, just like a lion, only attacks when you are afraid of him, but when you take your stand in Christ Jesus, wearing all the armor of God, the devil will never attack you. A lion needs to know that you are not afraid of him, even when he roaring. The lions of life can do nothing if you stand your ground and understand who you are in Christ.

In the spirit, it is a matter who your father is, when the devil is roaring at you. After David conquered Goliath, they asked him who his father is. When a lion comes and roar to you, he will ask the demons...who his father is? And when they tell him whose son you are, they will never touch you for they know who your father is.

The lion must see your face and eyes looking at him in that way he will be afraid of you. Don’t run away from the devil, rather let him see your back for it is when a lion see your back he knows you are food to be attacked. The devil will bow to you if he sees your boldness.

As you operate in the power of God, God gives you victory to the point that your enemies will start fighting each other, and just like dealing with a lion.. Dance when the lions are fighting each other and don’t interfere them.

Lions don’t like human meat because of the good and clean smell, until when you smell and test bushy. Even when you are in a fight with devil don’t look bushy, looking  your head down, and feel defeated but walk tall, dress well be happy even in your challenges because it confuse the devil for he expect to see you down but your are more than a conqueror for you know who is with you.

“If  God is for us, who can be against us.  No weapon formed against us shall prosper..Not even the roaring of the devil for we walk with the King of kings”
