ANOINTING AND PRESENCE- PART I

Healing and deliverance goes together.

Being healed does not mean now you are going to heaven, nor being saved, but only the one who will endures to the end. It is when you encounter deliverance that it will be easy for you to enter heaven.

Deliverance and healing is part of our salvation, but salvation starts first then deliverance for you to be completely healed. When you are saved you get healed but not deliverance and that is why it is easy for that problem which was healed before to come back to you. Moses was sent to take the Israelite out of Egypt for them to be completely healed. That was deliverance.

Three things used for deliverance

• The name of Jesus
•  The blood of Jesus
• The word of God

The Name of Jesus

Isaiah 9:6 ‘For to us a child is born, to us a son is given, and the government will be on his shoulders. And he will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace’

The name of Jesus has certain attributes which we need. We need council for us to know the way to go, what to do and what to say. We need the one who is mighty so we can conquer and we also need parenting that is why we need an everlasting father whom we can depend on forever to nature us. Lastly He is the prince of peace because we need someone who can give us peace. It is the name of Jesus with those things. Act 4:12 ‘Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved.’ It is only the name of Jesus.

The blood of Jesus

The blood has got life. After sin our blood were contaminated, so we need a clean blood which can remove the contamination. Ephesians 1:7 ‘In him we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, in accordance with the riches of God’s grace’

The word of God

It is needed because without it nothing was made. We were created by word and everything goes by the word. Psalm 119:50 ‘Your word is a lamp for my feet,a light on my path.’We need the word for healing and deliverance because for us to be redeemed we need the word to give us light and show us a way to go in and come out, for we are under the kingdom of darkness. Because of sin and the prince of darkness is afflicting us, we need the word to get us out. Psalm 107:20 ‘He sent out his word and healed them; he rescued them from the grave.’

In all these three, it is neither the name nor the blood of Jesus which comes first, but the word of God. It is the word of God which can show you how the name and blood of Jesus are.

• The word is been called fire, for it is used mostly to deliver you when dealing with witches and ancestral spirit. Elijah used fire because the kingdom of Israel was under witchcraft
•  We also use the word as water when are being vagabond, to sanctify our ways and deeds and allow life when our life is being endangered. When you reach a point where you are tired, the word of God is used as water to revive your life
• The word of God is also used as a hammer. When you reach a point where you see obstacles before you the word is used to break those obstacles
• The word of God is also used as a sword to deliver and heal you when your enemy is facing you with words attacks. Before David and Goliath fight, words attacks started from Goliath. This kind of attack is very bad as it disturb the mind and flesh. Diseases such as Blood Pressure and Cancer are a result of this kind of war. It was with the word of God that David won the war against his enemy Goliath

It is when you use the three, that you can know that you are victorious.

The difference between power of God and presence of God

When the presence of God is around, no one need to say anything, things happen by their own. It was the presence of God that caused Miriam to get leprosy and not any word. You don’t need prayers in the presence of God. The place with the presence of God is very dangerous than a place with the power of God.

Who walks with the power of God and the presence of God?

A person with the anointing walks with power of God, and a person who pleases God walk with the presences of God.

Very few people in the bible moved with the presence of God. Saul moved with the power of God but not the presence of God, but David got both of them. Solomon walked with both, King Jehoshaphat never fight with his enemies but the enemies were defeated before him for he walked mostly with the presence of God. Moses walked with both and Joshua walked with the power of God and not the presence of God, as a result it was easy for him to be deceived for His presence was not with him and he was just following Moses instructions.

• With power of God you can destroy your enemies before you every time you want, but it is so easy to make a mistake
• Servants of God who walks with great anointing do a lot of wonders but they don’t develop people to succeed them. Those who walk with the presence of God, have the grace of transferring what they have to others. Walking with the presence of God make those who walk with it to think of ways to groom more people to do as they do and not like those who walk with only the power of God who only focus on one thing, example healing alone.  God took a part of Moses and transfer it to those 70 elderly for them to do more work but with Joshua no one receive any part of him
• God is never ready to lose a person who walks with His presence but He has no problem  losing someone walking with His power, for example Saul walked with the power of God but David walked with both
• Those who walk with the presence of God are very humble unlike those who walk with God’s power for the anointing cause some pride and despise to others
•  People with the anointing (power) most of the time do not have forgiveness for it moves with holiness but the presence of God move with love which ends up in repentance. Those with the presence are more attractive and can create God’s love in you
• In the presence of God there is no lust for all are the brides of the lamb
•  In the presence of God, you are guaranteed to know your tomorrow. You don’t go by faith but by understanding

Jesus told the disciples not to be rejoice because of the miracles they do, but because their names are written in heave, that mean be in the presence of God.
