TOPIC: POWER
A great believer is that who knows how to pray in advance. So whatever that happens in your life is not an accident because you already prayed for it in advance.
- The believers grow by their desire; through their desire, God gives them another step. Growing means UNDERSTANDING, “The way you understand, it’s how you grow in Christianity or your belief.”
POWER is there to help you understand your times and seasons of your greatness. Everyone was created with fruitfulness and increase by God.
Your growth is determined or dependant on how much you know. Your GREATNESS depends on how much you know. Your PROSPERITY depends on how much do you know.
- Anything comes by the UNDERSTANDING that you have.
POWER OPERATES IN THREE AREAS;
a) THE SPIRIT WITH US
The Spirit with us enables us to get away from sin. So HE helps you to have POWER against sin. Also helps you to get understanding about GOD, the devil and righteousness.
- The Spirit with us is not inside of you, but HE’S outside of you, walking with you and guiding you.
- When you ignore the Spirit with us for so long, HE leaves you alone.
- The Spirit with us is there to rescue you.
b) THE SPIRIT OF GOD IN US
John 3:5 “Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God.”
The Spirit in us is there to enter within you, HE doesn’t stay outside but HE comes in you and causes you to be reborn.
• So the first phase HE will cause to deny sin.
• The second phase HE will enable you to be reborn.
- HE passes your outside, then your flesh through your mouth or nose, and then HE cracks the soul so as to get your Spirit.
- When sin enters you; it uses your eyes and ears.
- When HE enters within you HE creates a new Spirit.
2 Corinthians 5:17 “Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.”
• When SIN enters within you it kills your Spirit. But when the Spirit of God comes in you, HE reborn your Spirit.
What is the expectation of God towards you?
Psalms 116:12-13 “What shall I render unto the LORD for all his benefits toward me? I will take the cup of salvation, and call upon the name of the LORD.”
You have to do something in order to become the Son & Daughter of GOD or the Servant of GOD.
- When you walk here on earth, make sure that you know the expecttaions and the WILL of GOD and act according to them. Don't do your WILL but do HIS WILL.
- Doing the WILL of God is what we call the LOVE of GOD.
